March, Lent & Three Kinds of Breath Prayers 🤭


Hi Reader!

I hope you are hanging on to this roller coaster we call life these days! I can't believe we are already into March, but that does mean Spring is around the corner, my favorite season.

This also means we have entered the season of Lent, the time of preparation for Holy Week and Easter. Are you giving up something (or adding something) for Lent? I haven't always been observant of this season, but I'm praying more and eating less this time, and it's going well. I'd love to hear how it's going for you, and if all is not well, to pray for you!

I just finished recording a new video on the spiritual discipline of Breath Prayer! We often include Breath Prayer in our yoga practices, but it can be used anytime and is so easy to incorporate into your day. Please give it a listen, and a "like," and maybe share it with someone you love.

In-person Schedule

As far as I know, my Saturday classes will not change for the rest of March. Gentle mat classes will continue at 8:30 AM, and chair classes at 9:30 AM.
