Worried that you are too out-of-shape or that yoga is too difficult for you? Don't be! Yoga can be as gentle or as challenging as you want it to be. Both of these yoga flows are gentle and can be done slowly or at a faster pace, if you choose.
I recommend the mat version if you enjoy traditional yoga or floor-based exercise. If you are not comfortable getting up and down from the floor, then the chair yoga flow is for you! You can still receive many of the benefits of yoga while staying seated.
